Eligibility: The loyalty campaign is open to all clients of Moorland Studios who hold a valid loyalty card issued by Moorland Studios.
Loyalty Card and Stamps: Clients must obtain a loyalty card from Moorland Studios and present it at each booking. After each completed booking, a staff member of Moorland Studios will stamp the loyalty card to indicate the completion of the photography session.
Qualifying Hires: To be eligible for the loyalty campaign, clients must accumulate six stamps on their loyalty card, with each stamp representing a completed photography session booked and fulfilled with Moorland Studios.
Gift Hamper Redemption: Once a client has obtained all six stamps on their loyalty card, they will be eligible to redeem a gift hamper worth over £50. The specific contents of the gift hamper will be determined by Moorland Studios.
Loyalty Card Presentation: Clients must present their fully stamped loyalty card to Moorland Studios to claim their gift hamper. The loyalty card will be retained by Moorland Studios upon redemption.
Gift Hamper Delivery: Moorland Studios will make reasonable efforts to deliver the gift hamper to the eligible client within a reasonable time frame. However, Moorland Studios is not responsible for any delays or issues related to the delivery process.
Multiple Redemptions: Clients can qualify for multiple gift hampers by accumulating additional sets of six stamps on their loyalty cards. For example, after obtaining 12 stamps, the client will be eligible for two gift hampers.
Validity: The loyalty campaign and issuance of loyalty cards will be valid for a specified period, clearly mentioned in the promotional material or communication. After the expiry date, no further stamps or loyalty card redemptions will be accepted.
Changes and Termination: Moorland Studios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty campaign at any time without prior notice. Any changes or termination will not affect the gift hampers earned by clients for sessions completed before the change or termination.
Disqualification: Moorland Studios reserves the right to disqualify any client from participating in the loyalty campaign if there is a breach of these terms and conditions or if any fraudulent or unethical activities are suspected.
Liability: Moorland Studios is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the participation in the loyalty campaign or the receipt and use of the gift hampers.
Non-Transferability: The gift hampers earned through the loyalty campaign are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services offered by Moorland Studios.
